Full Service
I'll work with you to help you secure your ideal home or investment. The full buyer's agent service includes;
- A discovery call to see if we are a good fit to work with one another to achieve your desired goals.
- An initial meeting either face to face or online to go over the details and discuss your brief.
- Sourcing the property/properties.
- Attending open homes and inspections on your behalf.
-Sourcing properties available on the market, as well as those in pre-market and off-market stages to find one that is suitable.
- Negotiating on your behalf at a private sale.
- Bidding on your behalf at Auction.
- Helping to organise finance (if not yet attained), conveyancing and pest and building (at buyers expense).
- Pre-inspection of the property.
- Settlement and key hand over.
2. Auction Service
I can be your voice at an auction and help score you the house of your dreams. The auction service involves me attending an auction and bidding on your behalf.
3. Negotiation Service
Let me take the pressure off and negotiate with the vendors on your behalf. This is a great option if you have found a property of your choice and you are needing assistance to liaise with the vendors to negotiate the best price.
